Jingwei spindle has more than 50 years’ history. All the manufacturing, cleaning and assembling for the key parts are carried by the special and high-precision CNC. All the measuring units checking all the quality indexes are all ready which ensure high speed, lower consumption, lower noise, longer service life and longer maintenance interval, reliable production and higher stability. Jingwei ring has 50 years’ history which owns three patents. The roundness clearance of inner race of precise ring is less than 0.005 mm and its produce and sale amount is in the first place in the industry. The roundness clearance of inner race of general ring is less than 0.08mm and its produce and sale amount is in the leading position. The main products include PG general flange ring, PG precise ring made of bearing steel for compact spinning, PGT flange ring for coarser yarn and bigger package, BC9 bottom support ring for spinning man-made fiber, ZM cone ring, ZG ring for wool spinning and PGW ring with the base seat fitted with the imported machine. We have the ability to produce one million rings every month.

 Jingwei roller has more than 50 years’ history. The rollers made by the high quality steel have been treated with a special high-frequency heat treatment and are of better flexibility and anti-bending and anti-twisting capability. After a long time running, there will be no bending, vibration or unstable running phenomenon on spindles. The advanced hollow molding grinding process is used to ensure the consistency of the working surface around roller. The groove shape with national patent of roller is produced by the import devices that are advanced in the world with a special groove making process which is exclusive one in China to ensure the accuracy and consistency of groove shape of roller and diminish the spinning mechanic wave of roller. The types of the products include the F series new super high-precision roller of the ring spinning machine, the FA series new super high-precision and high strength roller of the long machine and compact spinning machine, the G series new dense groove and super high-precision roller for finer yarn, the J series compact roller of the four-roller compact spinning, the F series cage type compact spinning roller for negative pressure compact spinning with three-roller, the F series roller for the roving machine, the combing roller and the roller for the draw frame and lap machines combined, etc. And we have the ability to produce two hundred thousand rollers every month.

Jingwei top roller bearing for the compact spinning is used for the Elite compact system developed by Jingwei and Suessen, and we are the only cooperator of the Suessen in Asia. All the parts are made of special material with special processes and the clearance is suitable. Before delivered to the customers, all the parts have been checked by Suessen strictly. The material of the cover and intermediate gear is imported and has better anti-static capability. The intermediate gear runs smoothly. Jingwei compact spinning machine is suitable for spinning compact and siro yarn with yarn count equal to and higher than 120Ne. It can reduce the hairiness and increase the strength of yarn obviously.
