APPLICATION
The series direct cabling corder is mainly used for making 2-ply symmetric tire cords and industrial yarns from the filament such as PA, PET, RAYON etc. this machine is characterized by low energy consumption, less labour, high quality tire cords and large packages.
The tire cord can be used for making tire cord fabric、conveyor belt、driving belt、rope etc.

Technological parameter input through the touch screen, pre-set length auto-stop. Nonstop when power off 1S，yarn breaking auto-stop for each spindle with alarm function.
2. The capstan type overfeeding drive device ensure the constant tension.
3. The balloon limitor for the first twist is made of the stainless steel material.
4. Both the first twisting and the second twisting process adopt the photoelectric type yarn break sensor to detect the yarns breakage on-line，ensure the yarn quality.
