Product Introduction

The JWF1458A/JWF1457 AUTO-DOFFING ROVING FRAME is a full-automatic external doffer roving frame; it can be used alone or in conjunction with roving transfer system to constitute a roving and spinning unit. The.machine provides up to 216 spindles/224 spindles

Technical highlights

  • Drive in groups

    The lower spindle rail tube drives the spindles in groups withcircle-arc tooth belt. lt makes it possible for long roving frames Smooth transmission, low noise, high speed (pure cotton spinning spindle speed up to 1300 rpm/min).

  • Cleaning system

    The cleaning system comprises the upper and lower cleaners/suction unit and dust suction device behind it. lt can effectively remove the accumulated flying and avoids yarn faults, creating favorable conditions for delivering high-grade products. Tour cleaners operating mode can be set to run cycle and intervals asneeded.

  • Spool changeover

    Automatic changeover is achieved between the empty and full spools of full-automatic doffing roving frame. Theechange frequency is adjustable.

  • The operation interface is user-friendly and easy to operate

    Multi-motor synchronous control for constant tension spinning.

    The multi-stage speed is adopted to spin and the spinning speed can be set on the screen. Automatically keep centrifugal force constant and improve spinning quality.

  • JWF1468A/JWF1467AUTO-DOFFING ROVING FRAME

    JWF1468A/JWF1467 is a derivative model of JWF1458A/JWF1457 AUTO-Doffing roving frame . lt adopts double front middle transmission, which can meet all the functions of JWF1458A /JWF1457. The spindles is twice that of the original machine, saving floor space.
