Product Introduction
The series direct cabling corder is mainly used for making 2-ply symmetric tire cords and industrial yarns from the filament such as PA, PET, RAYON etc. this machine is characterized by low energy consumption, less labour, high quality cords and large packages. The tire cord can be used for making tire cord fabric、conveyor belt、driving belt、rope etc.

Intelligentized control system
Parameter could be set and displayed on the touch screen, twist and spindle speed and overfeeding ratio could be set and changed on the touch screen, in which hundreds of menus could be stored, easy to change the technology.
Adopt many kinds of sensor control technology, to monitor the communication of per spindle position and the fluctuation of spindle speed.
On-line monitoring system for yarn tension can monitor and display the yarn tension, sending individual spindle position auto-stop signal after yarn breaking.

Tension control device
The new type cord regulator and hysteresis type inner yarn tensioner and outer yarn tensioner ensure the length consistent between inner yarn and outer yarn, control the yarn tension more accurate.

Take-up and capstan over-feeding system
Improve the surface treatment of the overfeeding roller and optimize the structure of the overfeeding roller, to ensure the consistent height of the compensation rods.
Increase the contact area between the apron of the take-up roller and the surface of the packages, optimize the pressure of winding yarns and ensure the good building package.
