From Indonesia to Pakistan: Listening to Customer Needs and Strengthening Localized Services - CTMTC's overseas frontline team conducts in-depth visits to the Indian and Pakistani markets
In mid-April, CTMTC, along with Jingwei Textile Machinery, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery and other enterprises, successively showcased at the International Textile and Garment Machinery Exhibitions in Indonesia and Pakistan, presenting the leading textile machinery technologies and innovative products of Hengtian Group to global customers, and received extensive attention and praise. During and after the exhibition, the CTMTC team visited key local clients in depth, listened to market feedback, optimized service plans, and further consolidated the cooperative relationship with clients in Southeast Asia and surrounding markets.

From April 15th to 17th, during the Indo Intertex 2025 exhibition in Indonesia, the CTMTC booth was crowded with people, attracting numerous visitors and customers from regions such as Central Java, Bandung, Jakarta in Indonesia, as well as neighboring countries. The exhibition team showcased new complete sets of intelligent cotton spinning equipment, chemical fiber equipment, weaving equipment, dyeing and finishing technologies, and integrated solutions through on-site demonstrations, one-on-one negotiations and other forms, fully meeting the demands of the Southeast Asian market for high cost-performance equipment and localized services. The technical personnel also provided immediate solutions to the equipment operation and maintenance problems raised by the customers, earning high recognition from them.

After the exhibition, CTMTC and the business and technical team of the group's textile machinery enterprises quickly went deep into several important client enterprises in Indonesia, initiating a deep customer visit. Team members went to the production frontlines, carefully investigated the operating status of the equipment, and listened to feedback. In response to the questions and demands raised by the clients, the technicians provided on-site solutions and promised to continuously track and provide services to ensure the stable operation of the equipment. Through face-to-face communication and interaction, CTMTC not only solved the actual problems of the clients but also enhanced the clients' trust and recognition of Hengtian Group's textile machinery products and services.
From April 24th to 26th, at the IGATEX 2025 exhibition in Pakistan, CTMTC fully showcased the intelligent textile machinery equipment and green energy-saving technologies from all fields of Hengtian Group, becoming the focus of the exhibition.
Before and after the IGATEX 2025 exhibition, the CTMTC team also visited some key customers. The team went deep into the factory workshops to inspect the equipment usage conditions, listen to the customers' feedback on the product performance, and provide professional suggestions for maintenance and upkeep. At the same time, the team negotiated with several customers about new orders and cooperation projects. In line with the upgrading needs of the Pakistani textile industry, they focused on promoting intelligent and green energy-saving equipment.

Through in-depth market visits in Indonesia and Pakistan, CTMTC has gained a clearer understanding of the core needs of customers in both regions, strengthened its partnerships with customers, and further consolidated its market foundation.
