New type integrated
The upper chute feeder adopts four-sided exhaust structure for large storage and stable supply.
Feed rollers and opening rollers cover are easy to open for convenient maintenance.
New sealing structure is adopted on the both ends of feeding roller and opening roller to effectively prevent cotton bIocking.
Feeding plate is pressurized by spring so the fiber is hold elastically. Gauge between feeding plate and feeding roller is automatically adjusted according to the layer thickness.
Double-sided breathable barrier is adopted by the lower chute feeder for air discharge to ensure the output uniformity of layer.
