Product Introduction
K3502-3 carpet twister is mainly used for direct cabling three ply carpet yarns or two ply carpet yarns, and can be used for TFO twisting single yarns by change the tension ass (option), it issuitable for various BCF yarns (PA,, PP, PET, PTT etc.), synthetic filament (PA, PP, PET, PTT etc.）and staple yarns etc.
Technical highlights

It can twist 3-ply carpet yarns in one step,and have all the features of twisting 2-ply carpet yarns. The machine can twist 2-ply and 3-ply tire cords by Programming transformation on touch screen. Two sides of the machine can twist different kinds of 2-ply, 3-ply carpet yarns.

Capstan over-feeding device
The capstan over-feeding device is driven by DC brushless motor, get less set-length difference between interval spindles, and high quality 3-ply or 2-ply carpet threads.

The spindle pot
The spindle pot can use the stainless steel material (for option).
The synchronous motor is used for spindle motor, to get better quality and more stable balloon.
