Intelligent control system
Apply control technology integrating machine, electricity, light and air: three group of inverters control spindles, overfeed and take-up motor directly.
The various technological parameters could be set and displayed on the touch screen, in which hundreds of parameters could be changed and stored. This makes changing parameters more easy. Application of many sensor control technology, monitoring speed variation, monitoring abnormal phenomenon, improving yarn quality.

Take-up system
The take-up roller with clutch, the spindle motor stop when breaking the yarn, meanwhile the take-up roller stop, it are favor for the take up package quality.

On-line monitoring system of yarn tension
Realize the monitoring of yarn tensio, check and display, sending individual spindle stop signal after yarn breaking.

Capstan overfeeding structure with clutch (optional)
Capstan overfeeding structure feed yarn stably, can control the take-up tension of the yarns by adjusting the overfeeding ratio real time, the overfeed roller with clutch will auto-stop when the yarn break, to prevent the yarns from tangle.

Intelligent E-system
Remote diagnosis system by Ethernet realize the networking between machines, remote diagnosis and control which saves labor.
Handheld smart terminal can realize the E-monitoring among several machines without tour and the function.

Tension control device
Inner yarn hysteresis: make sure the yarns tension precision and good consistency, stability, reliability.
Outer yarn tensioner:(two kinds of options)
Alligator mouth type tensioner or outer yarn hysteresis on.

Autostop by setting length and automated conveyer belt system
Reduce operator's workload and easy to unload the threads.

Large finished packages and transfer tail
The diameter of the finished package can be up to 400mm, so you can reduce the loading frequency between process handling, improve production efficiency.
Allows to set and control the length of the tail yarn, convenient to change the carpet weaving yarn.

Hi-Lo Creel
Spring Creel or Pneumatic creel for optional.
Peumatic lifting creel can greatly lower the workload and makes the operation of loading and unloading more stable and reliable.
2-peg or 3-peg plug-in versions creel for optional.
