Product Introduction
This machine is used for the multi-ply twisting of chemical fibers such as PA, PET, PP, grass yarn, cotton, and wool which is widely applied for the various business such as rope, net and belt etc.
Technical highlights

Independent motor spindle structure,each spindle is driven by individual spindle motor, with two-way pneumatic brake, to ensure the twisted yarn quality.
The max. lift is 500 mm, the finished package is up to 25 kg.

Independent lift and forming control can be adapted to the needs of a variety of forming types.
Pneumatic pressurizing, ensures the gripping force between the roller and twisted yarn, reach the constant line speed yarn feeding and improve the twisted yarn quality.

The max twisted yarn titer is up to 100000D, and has single yarn breaking automatic stop function.
Liftin system adopt the double round guide rail structure, the machine run more smooth and stgeady.
