The relative delay for the start and stop time of the spindle and creel basket can be set flexibly,to facilitate the yarn splicing of single spindle in operation.
The runnning state data of per spindle position can be acuqired, to achieve the length count function for single spindle.

The creel basket and pneumatic tension device
The creel basket with individual synchronous motor and pneumatic tension device, make the setlength discrepancy between interval spindles less.

Lift system
Lift system use the guide screw and nut device, ensure the stable and reliable lifting drive with straight line displacement sensor, control the accurate movement,to get the excellent building.
The linear guideway lifting system is made up of the Standard straight bearing and round guide with heavy block balance, ensure the lifting movement stable.
