Recently, a large-scale complete rotor spinning project in Vietnam jointly built by CTMTC and Jingwei Textile Machinery has been successfully commissioned. Boasting a total scale of 17,000 spindles, the project adopts 100% state-of-the-art equipment manufactured by Jingwei Textile Machinery, including the JWF1217 high-production carding machine, JWF0018/19 foreign fiber detector, JWF1366Pro auto-leveling draw frame, and JWF1618E open-end spinning frame. The full production line features outstanding merits such as high intelligence, exceptional stability, superior yarn quality, low energy consumption and minimal labor demand. It is highly compatible with high-end spinning production conditions in Southeast Asia and can substantially cut customers' production and operating costs.
